Build strategies, facilitate planning sessions and drive change activities required to maintain company operations and competitiveness and meet the needs of stakeholders. Anticipate organizational and industry changes and position resources to meet long-term plans for company growth and profit. Responsible for developing and leading projects, and driving from idea stage to operational implementations. Build strong business cases to support activities and introduce management processes to improve performance of the department and Conifer. Work with both departmental and Conifer senior leadership in driving their agendas and change activities. Build and deliver thoughtful leadership concepts and practices to the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Business case development and strategic analysis
Implementation and project management of new ideas
Work with senior leaders (both department and Conifer) to develop ideas and move appropriate
New strategy and management idea development and generation
Indirect responsibility for entire operating budget of Conifer. Direct responsibility for leading initiatives that could range from $0 to in excess of $1m.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to large groups, governmental officials, etc
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
4-year college degree in business, finance or related area
Revenue Cycle Consulting or Operating experience required
8-10 years in provider revenue cycle sector
