Director of Facilities Support Services Opportunity in the Pacific Northwest!
PeaceHealth is looking for a talented Director of Facilities Support Services to undertake the responsibility of facility maintenance, engineering, security, environment care, and capital planning. In this position, you will ensure network facilities are compliant to state and federal regulations, as well as a safe environment for patients, their families, and our Caregivers.
The ideal candidate will be a personable leader who can plan, organize, and direct the efficient utilization of facilities management resources, staff, and equipment. As an organization director, the incumbent will use their extensive facility management experience to enhance PeaceHealth's construction projects, emergency management functions, and security applications. This position is key to PeaceHealth’s future, and the Director of Facilities Support Services must be an effective communicator and process-oriented problem solver.
Qualifications for the Director of Facilities Support Services include:
Bachelor’s degree in construction, facilities operations or related field
Minimum of seven years’ facility management experience within healthcare industry
Strong ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
