The Operations Program Manager will collaborate with assigned clinical dyad partners and will be responsible for completing administrative functions for assigned units/service lines driving improvements in costs, retention and engagement of both staff and leaders. This may include but not be limited to: labor productivity, supply management and equipment management, budgeting, and reporting.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
Proficient with standard office equipment including Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong understanding of financial management and reporting
