Are you a leader in the medical/dental insurance regulatory and compliance field? Does that experience span the last 7 to 10 years and cover the states of Washington and/or California? Do you bring formal education in the legal, business, compliance and/or other related fields? Are you located in the greater Los Angeles area within a reasonable commute to Long Beach, California? If you can answer, “Yes,” to these questions, then read on. Dental Health Services is looking for a Regulatory and Compliance executive to be responsible for developing, monitoring and ensuring ongoing Company compliance with regulatory requirements in the states of Washington and California. You will review operating and other internal policies and procedures to meet and support required compliance with established external and internal obligations. You will act in coordination with the Company’s audit partners to identify and support full regulatory compliance throughout the enterprise. You will also provide guidance to executives, managers and staff regarding compliance control procedures and assist the executive team in identifying compliance risks and implementing plans to monitor and address risks. You must be able to work independently under general supervision, be an excellent communicator and problem solver and enjoy working with people under a variety of circumstances. Dental/medical insurance industry experience in the regulatory and/or compliance field is essential.
