Chief Operating Officer Opportunity in Bellingham, Wash.! In this position, you will use lean concepts to plan, organize and enhance internal operations to effectively support community short and long-term strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will be a personable leader who can direct and motivate caregivers to achieve standards of excellence while maintaining PeaceHealth’s mission of providing exceptional and compassionate care. As an executive, the Chief Operational Officer will use their extensive management and healthcare knowledge to accelerate PeaceHealth’s clinical quality and operational excellence to achieve best practice patient, caregiver and provider objectives. This position is key to PeaceHealth's future, and the incumbent must be a thought leader who can foster development and conformance of strategic initiatives associated with medical center and medical group practices.
