In accordance with policies and procedures of CHRISTUS Health, provides administrative support to Program Director of Rehabilitation Service Line. Performs various clerical duties and prepares reports, utilizing knowledge of office systems, procedures, interdepartmental functions. Interfaces with all levels of associates and members of the community. Answers telephone, routes calls, takes messages and gives non-medical information. Schedules meetings, transcribes meeting minutes, and works on multiple projects independently. Must be organized, have exceptional attention to detail, and possess effective communication skills. Computer literacy is vital to the role, as is the ability to train and direct others
Strong written and oral communication skills. Effective computer capabilities in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet and Mathematical Aptitude. One-year clerical experience with emphasis on strong organizational skills, interpersonal skills and multi-tasking preferred
