As a key member of our Stem Cell Laboratory leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations of three laboratory units:
Hematopoietic Stem Cell Processing Parathyroid Tissue Laboratory Medical Trial/Research for the David Geffen School of Medicine
For these three areas, you will be responsible for administrative, programmatic and personnel management, as well as development, productivity, materials management and regulatory compliance. This role will involve close interaction with multiple internal departments. Through engaged leadership, you will foster an environment of interdisciplinary collaboration and cooperation. You will also work closely with the Director of Transplant Services and medical faculty to develop clearly delineated operating principles, goals and priorities.
We’re looking for a strong leader with:
Valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License – Generalist, Hematology or Blood Bank preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field A minimum of three years of laboratory management experience
