Responsible for accumulation of financial information in order to provide financial statements for the facility as assigned by the Controller or Assistant Controller. Maintain close contact with other departments regarding accuracy of budget and actual financial information. Ensure that the general ledgers for the hospital and affiliated organizations accurately represent their respective financial positions through the preparation and use of the appropriate analysis and reconciliations. Assist in the performance of other Accounting Department functions as required.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A minimum of 2 ï¿½ 4 years of job-related experience. Experience in healthcare accounting a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
