POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for coordinating Employee/Occupational Health services within the guidelines of various regulatory bodies including, but not limited to, the writing and implementing of policies and procedures with other hospital personnel. Responsible for performing direct and indirect nursing care, including employee health/client services (i.e. vaccinations, physicals, etc.); initial injury triage; first aid both on and offsite; and monitoring employees/clients who become ill or injured at work. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current State of New Jersey RN license required A minimum of three (3) years nursing experience preferred Knowledge of NJ Workers Compensation laws and OSHA standards Audiometric certification and BAT training a plus BCLS certified.
