The Director of Rehabilitative Services is responsible for the oversight and management of the Rehabilitation Department, consisting of PT, OT and speech. Assesses, plans, and implements processes relating to patient evaluation and treatment. Evaluates, coaches and disciplines the employees according to the general personnel policies of the hospital. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Required: Bachelorâ��s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech or Nursing and Language Pathology or related field Preferred: Mastersâ�� Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech or Nursing and Language Pathology or related field
