This position will manage and execute on responsibilities related to our Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) as it functions across the health-system, working in support of the Executive Director of the CIN and Executive Sponsors.
Key duties include day-to-day planning and execution on key system-wide CIN initiatives including:
Data Analytics: Responsible for developing, updating and tracking the CIN and Population Health business case metrics, defines and implements improvements and productivity enhancements in both financial processes and reporting, aggregates physician quality data and financial data for each physician as well as system-wide reports, familiarity with IT systems to provide quality and financial data, i.e. Crimson, Healthy Planet, Milliman, Optime, Procedure Cost Manager, Data Hub Analytics
Care Redesign: Analyze workflows, work with care redesign teams to recommend improvements, and project manage interventions to successful completion
Physician engagement: Provides positive, professional communication with physicians, daily management and administration of the CIN physician incentive programs and corresponding payments
Budget: Reviews financial reports and monitors spending to ensure that budget goals are met, gainsharing/incentive tracking
Administrative: Coordinates schedules and meetings for CIN team, administrative support of CI program physician Board and committee meetings, power point presentation preparation & presentation skills.
Minimum 1 year leadership experience.
Collaborates in a team environment to produce positive outcomes; demonstrates the ability to influence, delegate, direct and collaborate with all levels.
Flexibility and high tolerance for ambiguity for working in the “white space” of clinical integration and population health.
Proficient analytical skills; understands how data can be used effectively to change processes.
Demonstrated skills and understanding of high reliability and Lean design.
Expert level with Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to gather and present data, including document review and quality control of data entry activities
Ability to synthesize the financial and mathematical aspects of a given situation.
Strong quantitative and analytic skills are required with database and quantitative/qualitative analytic experience
Lean experience preferred
Hospital or Ambulatory clinical experience preferred
BA/BS degree in healthcare or business related field
