Advanced Practice Registered Nurses / Physician Assistants
Carle Physician Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative Care department in Urbana, IL.
Position Details Include:
Work collaboratively with a physician and other palliative care team members to deliver palliative care and related health services to patients and their families.
Reasonable volume, well-paced environment, and flexible schedule including 4x10 hour shifts – Monday through Friday; some weekend/holiday on call requirements.
Able to consult with specialists across the organization
Position includes a blend of hospital rounding and consults as well as clinic, which is located adjacent to the hospital
Master's degree in Family Nursing
Licensure/Certification Requirements: Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse.
