The oncology registered nurse provides excellent, professional nursing care to patients under the direction of two hematology/oncology physicians and the oncology department manager.
Full-time, Monday through Friday, Day Shift
Assess patients throughout their course of treatment and recovery period establishing appropriate documentation on nursing record.
Start IV's, access central lines and administer medications ordered by the physician; instituting appropriate patient monitoring techniques.
Prepare patients for chemotherapy.
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Must have valid Registered Nurses license in the State of Oregon
