The Supervisory Resident Assistant (SRA) serves as traditional supervisor over approximately 22 Resident Assistants (RA). Incumbent works in coordination with other professional staff in the management and supervision of facility residents to ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential treatment environment. The SRA supports the organization and program philosophy of care and helps ensure the safety and well-being of each resident. Position reports to the Clinical Director.
