Provides guidance and technical assistance on support service functions and operations; and security management. Incumbent is responsible for assigning, scheduling and directing work activities in administrative, technical support work, clerical, typing and other work pertinent to a variety of property and supply functions that are essential in providing direct health care delivery.
This position is located at Dzilth-na-o-dith-hle Health Center (DZHC), General Services Department, Bloomfield, New Mexico. The incumbent reports to the Health System Administrator. The IHS is required by law to give absolute preference to qualified applicants who meet the Secretary of the Interior's definition of Indian for appointment to vacancies within the IHS in accordance with established IHS policy as outlined in the Indian Health Manual Part 7, Chapter 3.
