Responsible for the planning,developong,organizing,implementing and directing the day to day operations of the clinic functions. Develops and implements policies related to clinic practice.Monitors and reports financial performance of clinic practice.Assists CFO and othe parties with revenue cycle management of the clinic.Responsible for human resouces functions for the clinic including hiring and performance management of staff.Assures appropriate compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
