If you would like the chance to do work that is meaningful and rewarding, join us as: Recruiter Position Summary: The experienced professional we select for this significant role will be part of an eight-person team that collaborates to meet the needs of our organization. Supported by our robust talent service center, this individual will be an experienced recruiter with exceptional skills in the areas of talent-pipeline development, marketing, assessment, and selection. This person will develop and implement timely recruitment strategies; identify, source, screen, interview, and match diverse, high-performing talent; contribute to team development; and use the ATS to review applications and communicate with applicants and hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include completing reference/background checks; and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as federal/state/local employment practices and labor laws. Education, Experience, and Licensure Successful applicants will each possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, a background that includes three or more years of professional-level recruiting, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Ability to thrive within a team environment and excellent written/verbal communication skills required. One or more years of healthcare-specific recruitment experience and PHR/SPHR preferred.
