IOP THERAPIST (LICENSED: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LPP)

Therapist of IOP Services is responsible for performing a variety of clinical duties that include but are not limited to coordination of services with referral sources and therapists inside and outside of the agency. Will be responsible for group, individual, and family treatment modalities; to include performing thorough and accurate psychosocial evaluations, develop and implement master treatment plans, and providing for appropriate discharge planning/aftercare referrals. The IOP Therapist demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate with both clients and staff. He or she demonstrates the ability to prioritize the multiple demands of the position and are able to accurately follow instructions. They understand the documentation requirements and complete these requirements in a timely fashion. Excellent judgment and clinical skills are essential for this position. Must possess knowledge of developmental stages of children, adolescents and adults, and the social, cultural, environmental influences on both patient and family member. Is responsible for their own clinical growth through the attendance of in-services, presentations, and other continuing education activities.
