Summary This position will provide clinical leadership for Cardiac Cath Lab, Cardiac Electrophysiology, Vascular and Interventional Radiology, as well as oversight of various modalities of cardiac imaging. This leader will partner closely with physicians in each clinical area including anesthesia. Areas of responsibility include: Collaboration with the Perioperative Director with forming capital budgets, management of operational budgets, Quality, patient safety, patient and staff satisfaction, and all regulatory standards for the interventional suites. The position will provide clinical leadership for all Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology outpatients and inpatients; and will be responsible for at least 10 FTEs working various shifts and with on-call responsibilities. Looking for an individual who is committed to building a cohesive, highly motivated team for all types of Interventional procedures in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Highlands Ranch. This Manager will have the opportunity to work with a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Leadership team and PeriOperative Services team. Manages the daily operations of the department to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Job Duties Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements. Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies. Requirements
